Our Children Left Behind [OCLB] was created in Spring, 2003 to serve as an information resource for students, parents, and organizations concerned about Congressional activities reauthorizing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act [IDEA]. Our Children Left Behind is owned and operated by Shari Krishnan, Tricia and Calvin Luker, Sandy Alperstein, and Debi Lewis and is not a membership or regulated organization.
